This is my I dont really care chicken brocolli casserole. It's pretty freaking good these are all the foods you will need, if you cant read it let me spell it out for you
chicken (obvi)
Brocolli(once again obvi)
velveeta
cheddar cheese soup or something like that
sour cream
zaaschilla
jalaepeno taco bell sauce
onion,
garlic salt
pepper
cummin and all that stuff
and the best of all, DUBLINER Irshs CHEESE!
Let me tell you al little something about this cheese, I creid the first time i tasted it
Like my mouth discovered what it was meant for, to taste the most flavorful food ever made by man and cow

take your giant brocolli floret and dice it up like so, you can use frozen brocolli, i dont really care
then you dice up the onions and throw them in the bowl. If you don't want to cry tears of angerness because the onios are pissing you off cuz they are painfully strong, put a piece of bread in your mouth and let it hang out, im not kidding. I think my mom told me about this and it works, seriously you will look like an idiot but your mascara won't run.
then you take like half of the brick of velveeta and cut it up in chunks, don't worry about melting it because its already going to melt in the oven, but if you want to melt it then fine, I don't really care.

then you put like a scoop of sour cream (honestly i dont really know how much i used maybe 3/4 cup) and a can of chedar cheese soup, if you want to use cream of brocolli then fine do that, I dont really care.

then i grated the hell out of the irish chese and threw it in the bowl, like so

at this point i mixed it up and realized it wasnt as creamy or something so i added like a cup of milk so it was smoother then at this point i added the zaaschilla taco bell sauce cummin and stuff and mixed and mixed.
I forgot to take a picture of the chicken, i just put 4 boneless skinles pieces of chicken at the bottom of the pan (and if you dont know what chicken looks like then your an idiot ) and threw everything on top.
this is the aftermath, im pretty sure i cooked it on 375 for close to an hour, it made my house smell like warm salty food.. mmmmm
Is this not a culinary masterpiece? I think so, you must try it and the leftovers are just as good, when reilly had it he said it was good.. really? Just good? I almost threw my shoe at him, its not just good its like REALLY GOOOD!!
